2. Acceptance and Modification

By using the site and its services, you fully and unconditionally accept the current Terms. These Terms may be updated at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

3. Access Conditions

The site is reserved for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors must be supervised by a legal guardian.

4. Content Responsibility

Your Dental Planet is a technical platform and cannot be held responsible for:

• Content posted by users (ads, profiles, messages);
• Payments, transactions, or deliveries between users;
• Commitments or contracts made between members.

Fraudulent, illegal, offensive, or non-compliant content may be automatically removed. The related accounts will be banned without notice.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Not post misleading ads, spam, or illegal content;
• Not impersonate others;
• Not use automated tools (scraping, bots, etc.) to interact with the site;
• Not disrupt or bypass the site’s security;
• Not use the platform for unauthorized or misleading commercial purposes.

6. Ad Creation

Creating job or product listings requires prior registration and payment. Any non-compliant ad may be refused or removed without compensation.

7. Inappropriate Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

•   Incitement to hate, violence, or discrimination;
• Explicit sexual or pornographic content;
• Abusive commercial solicitations or scams;
• Misleading, false, or illegal listings.

Such content will be automatically moderated, and offending accounts will be permanently deactivated.

8. Account Security

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account activity. In case of a breach, it is your responsibility to notify the Your Dental Planet team promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the platform (texts, images, logos, features, design, database, etc.) is the exclusive property of Your Dental Planet or its partners. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Employer Obligations

Recruiters or sellers using the platform agree to comply with labor laws, anti-discrimination rules, and legal disclosure obligations. Listings must be lawful, clear, and reflect a genuine hiring or sales intent.

11. Job Seeker Obligations

Job seekers must provide accurate and complete information that pertains only to themselves. Any misuse, impersonation, or misleading behavior will result in account deletion.

12. Access to CV Database

Access to the CV database is reserved for professionals with a valid subscription. The data must not be used for anything other than recruitment. Commercial prospecting is strictly prohibited.

13. Security and Fraudulent Use

Any attempt to disrupt, misuse, or harm the platform will result in immediate sanctions, including account suspension, legal action, and/or reporting to relevant authorities.

14. Reporting Content

Any user can report inappropriate content to the team at \[email address]. The team reserves the right to remove or block content without notice.

15. Limitation of Liability

Your Dental Planet does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or relevance of listings, profiles, or information shared by users. In the event of a dispute, the platform cannot be held liable.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where Your Dental Planet is headquartered.

17. Duration

These Terms apply from the user’s first visit to the site and remain in effect until replaced by an updated version.
